What is your exchange policy?

Diapers fit every child differently. If you purchase several diapers at one time, we recommend that you only wash and use one diaper to make sure it fits your baby well. We do not accept returns or exchanges on washed or worn items. Should you need to make an exchange on an unused, unwashed, resaleable (free from lint, pet hair, dirt, etc. and in original packaging) product, you can do so within 45 days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsibile for the cost of returning the item(s) to us and will be charged the actual cost of shipping the replacement item(s) to the customer (adjusted for price differences in the products being exchanged).
