Can the outer shell of the diaper be reused with a clean snap-in soaker?

No, we do not recommend reusing the outer shell with a clean snap-in soaker. Our diapers are fully lined in soft, natural, absorbent bamboo and organic cotton fabric which almost inevitably becomes damp or wet along with the soaker and should be laundered after one wearing.
